Ingredients:
1 lbsPork sausages
1 cupOnion, chopped
1 cupMushrooms
1 canTomato paste
3/4 cupWater
1/2 cupWine
1 Salt, pepper, garlic & dill
1 cupSour cream
1 tbspFlour
Procedures:
1Cook sausage, onion and mushrooms.
2Stir in tomato paste, water, wine and spices.
3Bring to boil.
4Reduce heat.
5Cover, simmer 10 minutes.
6Combine sour cream and flour.
7Stir into meat mixture.
8Stir till thickened.
9Serve over noodles.
