Ingredients:
1 lbsSAUSAGE
1 xOIL
1/2 cupFLOUR
3 cupMILK
1 xSALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
Procedures:
1Shape the sausage into patties, ?inch thick.
2Cook over medium heat until done.
3Remove the sausage from the skillet and set aside.
4Drain off the drippings and add enough oil to make ?cup.
5Return drippings to skillet and cook for 3 minutes or until browned.
6Add milk and season with salt and pepper.
7Cook until bubbly, stirring to prevent lumps.
8Cook, stirring, 1 minute more.
9Crumble in one or two cooked patties.
