Ingredients:
2 tbspCornstarch
6 tbspAter
1 tbspOil
1 cupChopped onions
2 cupCoarsely chopped Chinese
-Roast Pork
2 tbspLight soy sauce
1 tbspSugar
Pn Salt
Pn White peper
1/4 cupChopped scallions
ROAST PORK FILLING RECIPE
Procedures:
1Stir together cornstarch and 4 tablespoons water and set aside.
2Heat oil in work over moderate heat.
3Add onions and cook, stirring constantly, until soft and translucent.
4Stir in pork, remaining 2 tablespoons of water, soy sauce, sale and pepper.
5Push pork to one side, make well in the center, and then pour cornstarch mixture in and sitr until thickens.
6Add scallions and mix in. remove from heat and set aside to cool to room temperature.
7The filling can be made ahead of time and will keep in the refrigerator for a week.
8Bring to room temperature before using.
