Ingredients:
1 Rolled pork roast
Salt, pepper and garlic
Powder -- to taste
2 tbspMargarine
1 To 2
Margarine
Until soft/golden
1 largeJar
Caraway seeds
Apple juice
Applesauce and Apricot
Sauce:
1 largeJar
1 canApricot halves -- drained
Nutmeg -- to taste
Cinnamon -- to taste
Onions -- sauted in
Sauerkraut -- drained
Applesauce
Procedures:
1Sprinkle roast with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
2Place in dutch oven.
3Place sauerkraut around roast.
4Sprinkle with caraway seeds.
5Add onions and butter.
6Pour 2-3" of apple juice over meat and sauerkraut.
7Cook, covered on top of stove over low heat for 2 ?3 hours.
8Sauce: combine sauce ingredients in small saucepan.
9Heat over low heat until hot.
10Blend well
