Procedures:
| 1 | Rinse mushrooms well. | | 2 | Remove the stems. | | 3 | Mix the cream cheese, deviled ham, chopped olives and the seasonings. | | 4 | Spoon or pipe the cheese mixture into the mushroom caps. | | 5 | Garnish with pimento. | | 6 | Place on platter, wrap and refrigerate until serving time. | | 7 | These may be made a day in advance |
