Ingredients:
4 eachPork steaks - about ?inch 1 ?ts Seasoned salt
Thick
1 tbspSalad oil
10 3/4 ozCan condensed cream of
Asparagus soup
1/2 cupGreen onions -- chopped
1/2 tspSeasoned pepper
1/4 cupWater
4 ea Potatoes -- sliced
2 cupShredded cabbage
1/2 cupLight cream
Procedures:
1In large skillet or slow-cooking pot with browning unit, brown chops in oil on both sides.
2Drain off excess fat.
3Combine undiluted soup with onions, seasoned salt, pepper and water.
4Arrange alternate layers of meat, potatoes and cabbagte in slow-cooking pot.
5Pour soup mixture over.
6Cover and cook 4 to 6 hours on low.
7Turn to high.
8Add cream; cover and cook on high for 20 to 30 minutes.
