| 4 | Arrange in a single layer in a microwave safe (8" square) baking dish. |
| 5 | Top each chop with a slice of onion. |
| 6 | Cover with well vented plastic wrap. |
| 7 | Microwave on high for 7 minutes. |
| 8 | Turn the chops. |
| 9 | Add the rice. |
| 10 | Combine the pasta sauce and the water. |
| 11 | Spoon over the chops. |
| 12 | Recover with well vented plastic wrap. |
| 13 | Microwave on high for 5 minutes. |
| 14 | Microwave on medium (50%) until chops are tender (about 7 minutes). |
| 15 | Sprinkle with the mozzarella. |
| 16 | Let stand, uncovered, until the cheese melts (about 5 minutes). |
