Quick spanish rice & pork chops

Ingredients:
4 Boneless Pork Chops
1/2 tspKitchen Bouquet
4 sliceOnion
2/3 cupQuick Cooking Rice
1 2/3 cupPasta sauce with
Mushrooms
1/2 cupWater
1/2 cupMozzarella, shredded
Procedures:
1Note: cooking times are based on using a 625-750 watt microwave oven and food quantities for 4 servings.
2Adjust cooking times as required.
3Brush both sides of the pork chops with kitchen bouquet.
4Arrange in a single layer in a microwave safe (8" square) baking dish.
5Top each chop with a slice of onion.
6Cover with well vented plastic wrap.
7Microwave on high for 7 minutes.
8Turn the chops.
9Add the rice.
10Combine the pasta sauce and the water.
11Spoon over the chops.
12Recover with well vented plastic wrap.
13Microwave on high for 5 minutes.
14Microwave on medium (50%) until chops are tender (about 7 minutes).
15Sprinkle with the mozzarella.
16Let stand, uncovered, until the cheese melts (about 5 minutes).
17Serve
