Ingredients:
4 sliceWhite bread
1 Bunch watercress
2 tbspMayonnaise
Salt and pepper
Procedures:
1Trim crust off bread, then butter each slice.
2Wash watercress, then chop very fine.
3Add mayonnaise and seasoning to watercress; mix thoroughly.
4Spread watercress mixture on two slices of the bread, and top with remaining slices.
5Cut sandwiches in half, serve garnished with watercress
