Pork tenderloin with bourbon sauce - chi-chi'

Ingredients:
10 ozCan Chi Chi's diced tomatoes
And green chilies, drained
1/3 cupBourbon
1/3 cupSoy sauce
1/3 cupWorcestershire sauce
1/2 cupChopped onion
2 tbspHoney
2 tbspDijon mustard
1/4 tspPepper
2 lbsPork tenderloin
Procedures:
1Combine all marinade ingredients in recloseable plastic food bag.
2Mix well.
3Add the pork tenderloin.
4Seal bag and turn several times to coat the meat.
5Place in refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
6preheat broiler.
7Remove meat from marinade; reserve marinade.
8place meat on broiler pan, broil 7 to 8 inches from heat source for approximately 7 to 9 minutes on each side.
9in small saucepan, bring remainder of marinade to a boil; boil one minute.
10Serve with the meat.
