Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbsTenderloin of pork
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic powder
ORANGE/LEMON GLAZE
1/2 cupOrange juice
2 tspLemon juice
1/4 cupPort wine
1/2 cupOrange marmalade
Procedures:
1Sprinkle tenderloin with salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste.
2Place the tenderloin in a shallow roasting pan and insert a meat thermometer in the thickest part of the meat.
3Roast in a preheated 350 °F.
4Oven for about 30 minutes.
5now baste with orange lemon glaze every 15 minutes until thermometer registers 170 °F.
6And roast is nicely glazed, about ?hour longer.
7Yield: 1 ?c.

9stir together all the ingredients and cook until heated through.
10You may have to thin the glaze with a little orange juice.
