Ingredients:

| lbs | Tenderloin of pork | | | Salt and pepper to taste | | | Garlic powder | | | ORANGE/LEMON GLAZE | | 1/2
| cup | Orange juice | | 2
| tsp | Lemon juice | | 1/4
| cup | Port wine | | 1/2
| cup | Orange marmalade |

Procedures:
| 1 | Sprinkle tenderloin with salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste. | | 2 | Place the tenderloin in a shallow roasting pan and insert a meat thermometer in the thickest part of the meat. | | 3 | Roast in a preheated 350 °F. | | 4 | Oven for about 30 minutes. | | 5 | now baste with orange lemon glaze every 15 minutes until thermometer registers 170 °F. | | 6 | And roast is nicely glazed, about ?hour longer. | | 7 | Yield: 1 ?c. | | 8 | glaze: | | 9 | stir together all the ingredients and cook until heated through. | | 10 | You may have to thin the glaze with a little orange juice. |
