| med | Tomato, diced | | 1

| cup | Button mushrooms | | 1

Procedures:
| 1 | On medium-high heat, brown garlic in oil. | | 2 | Add pork, pepper, msg and 2 tbsp. patis. | | 3 | Cook until pork is lihtly browned. | | 4 | Add tomato, onion and dried shrimp, stirring until onion is done. | | 5 | Add mushrooms and water. | | 6 | Bring to boil. | | 7 | Add sliced squash and remaining patis. | | 8 | Simmer on medium heat for 10 minutes or until squash is done. | | 9 | Serve hot. | | 10 | Makes approximately 5 servings. |
