Ingredients:

| cup | Sliced celery | | 1
| cup | Chopped onion | | 8
| oz | Sliced fresh mushrooms | | 2
| tbsp | Butter/margarine | | 1/2
| cup | Water | | 1 1/2
| tbsp | Soy sauce | | 2
| tbsp | Cornstarch | | 1
| tsp | Instant beef bouillon | | 1
| tsp | Sugar | | 28
| oz | Can chinese vegetables | | 1/8
| tsp | Pepper |

Procedures:
| 1 | Mix celery, onion, mushrooms and butter in 2 quart casserole, cover. | | 2 | Microwave on high 6-8 minutes, or until tender-crisp. | | 3 | Set aside. | | 4 | In 2 cup measure, combine water, soy sauce, cornstarch, bouillon and sugar. | | 5 | Microwave on high 2 minutes or until thickened, stirring twice during cooking. | | 6 | Mix sauce and remaining ingredients with celery mixture. | | 7 | Microwave at high 4 6 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring after half the time. | | 8 | Serve over rice or chow mein noodles |
