Ingredients:

| lbs | Lean pork spareribs | | | Water | | | Salt and pepper | | 1/2
| cup | Honey | | 1/4
| cup | Lemon juice | | 2
| tsp | Grated lemon peel | | 2
| tsp | Grated ginger | | 1
| | Clove garlic, minced | | 1
| tsp | Rosemary, crushed | | 1/2
| tsp | Crushed red chilies | | 1/2
| tsp | Ground sage |

Procedures:
