Ingredients:

| lbs | Pork, cubed | | | Flour | | 1/3
| cup | Chicken broth | | 1/3
| cup | Soy sauce | | 2
| tbsp | Sherry | | 1/4
| cup | Onion, sliced | | 1
| | Garlic, minced, clove | | 1
| tbsp | Sugar | | 1
| tsp | Ginger, ground | | 1
| dash | Pepper | | | Rice, cooked | | 3
| tbsp | Peanut oil |

Procedures:
| 1 | Dredge meat in flour. | | 2 | Heat oil in large skillet. | | 3 | Add half of meat and brown quickly. | | 4 | Remove meat and set aside. | | 5 | Pour off excess oil from pan. | | 6 | Combine chicken broth, soy sauce and sherry. | | 7 | Add onion, garlic, sugar, ginger and pepper. | | 8 | Place in a pan along with meat. | | 9 | Simmer, covered, for 15 minutes or until meat is tender. | | 10 | Serve over rice. |
