Ingredients:
1 quartUnflavored nonfat yogurt
1 packUnflavored gelatin
2 cupLow-fat cottage cheese
1/2 cupSugar
1 1/2 tspGrated lime peel
2 tbspLime juice
2 cupSliced strawberries
GRAHAM CRUST
1 1/3 cupGraham cracker crumbs
3 tbspSugar
1/3 cupButter or margarine, melted
Procedures:
1Pour yogurt into a cloth-lined strainer set over a deep bowl.
2Cover and chill at least 12 hours or up to next day.
3In a 1 to 1 ?quart pan, combine gelatin and ?cup water; soften 5 minutes.
4Stir over low heat until gelatin dissolves.
5In a blender or food processor, whirl drained yogurt, cottage cheese, sugar, peel, juice and gelatin mixture until smooth.
6Pour into crust.
7Cover and chill until firm, at least 4 hours or up to next day.?Top pie with berries.??*** graham crust ***?in a 9" pie pan, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter or margarine.
8Press evenly over bottom and sides of pan.
9Bake in a 350°F.
10Oven 10 minutes. cool
