Foolproof dark chocolate fudge

Ingredients:
3 cupCHOCOLATE CHIPS
14 ozSWEET CONDENSED MILK
1 dashSALT
1 cupCHOPPED WALNUTS
1 1/2 tspVANILLA
Procedures:
1In a heavy sauce pan, over low heat, melt chips with milk and salt.
2Remove from heat.
3Stir in nuts and vanilla.
4Spread evenly in a wax paper lined 8 inch square pan.
5Chill for 2 hours.
6Turn out on cutting board and peel off waxed paper.
7Cut into 1" squares.
8Makes 64 pieces of candy.
