Ingredients:

| cup | Shredded cheddar or Monterey | | | Jack cheese | | 1/4
| cup | Mild Mexican salsa | | 1/4
| tbsp | Each chili powder and | | | Ground cumin seed | | 1/3
| cup | Sour cream | | 2
| tbsp | Chopped green onion | | | Fresh cilantro sprigs, opt | | | Tortilla chips |

Procedures:
| 1 | In 1 qt micro-safe casserole, combine beans, cheese, salsa, chili powder and cumin. | | 2 | Microwave 2 minutes. | | 3 | Stir. | | 4 | Microwave 1 to 3 minutes longer or til mixture is heated through and cheese melts. | | 5 | Transfer to serving dish and spoon sour cream onto center of bean mixture. | | 6 | Garnish with chopped green onion and fresh cilantro sprigs, if desired. | | 7 | Serve hot, with tortilla chips for dipping |
