Ingredients:
Preheat Oven to 350~
15 Min - Work Time
1 Hr-10 min - Total Time
1 1/2 cupFlour
1 cupQuick cooking rolled oats
2/3 cupBrown sugar
1/2 tspSalt
1/4 tspBaking soda
12 tbspUnsalted butter (marg/short)
Chilled
2/3 cupJam - Raspberry, strawberry
Apricot, peach, etc

Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 350°F.
2Grease a 9" square pan.
3Line bottom & two side with foil, letting foil extend over the edges.
4Grease foil.
5Combine flour, oats, sugar, salt & soda.
6Cut butter into pieces & add to mixture, cutting in until the mixture is moist & crumbly.
7Remove 1 ?cups of these crumbs & set aside, press remaining crumbs into the pan.
8Spread jam to within ? of the edge of the pan.
9Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture on top of jam.
10Bake until golden brown, about 45-55 min. cool completely, before cutting into bars.
