Ingredients:
DOUGH
1 packYeast
1/2 cupWater, warm
2 1/2 cupFlour, bread
1 cupFlour, whole wheat
3 tbspSugar
1/4 cupMelted butter
2/3 cupMilk, warm
2 Eggs
FILLING
1/2 cupMelted butter
1 cupNuts, chopped
1/2 cupSugar, brown, packed
1/2 cupRaisins, soaked in water
1/2 cupSugar
1 tbspCinnamon
ICING
2 cupPowdered sugar
1 Juice from orange or lemon
2 tbspCorn syrup
Procedures:
1Put in all ingredients in the order listed above for the dough.
2Select manual by pressing menu button till manual and white brad button are lit.
3?when the cycle is over, it beeps and shuts off.
4Roll dough out on a floured boeard to a large thin rectangle, 22 by 14 inches.
5Brush dough with melted butter.
6Combine filling ingredients.
7Sprinkle dough with this mixture.
8Roll jelly roll fashion, starting with the long edge.
9Seal edges, slice into 15-20 rolls.
10Place cut side down onto baking sheet.
11Cover and let rise in a warm place till doubled, about 45 minutes.?bake at 350f degrees 20 to 25 minutes.
12Brush with melted butter.
13Drizzle with icing.
14Makes approx. 16 rolls.
