| 1 | Cook rice in medium size saucepan following package directions. |

| 3 | Bring to boiling over medium heat. |

| 11 | Stir in rum and lemon juice. |
| 12 | Pour into serving bowl. |
| 13 | Cool to room temperature. |
| 14 | Refrigerate until serving time. |
