Ingredients:
Mazola No Stick corn oil
Spray
1 1/2 cupFlour
1/3 cupSugar
2 tspBaking powder
1/2 tspSalt
1/2 tspCinnamon
2 Egg whites
2 Ripe bananas (large) mashed
1/4 cupSkim milk
1/2 cupKaro light or dark corn
Syrup
Procedures:
