Ingredients:
1 cupBUTTER CRISCO
1/2 cupSUGAR
1 eachEGG
3/4 tspSALT
3/4 tspVANILLA
1/2 tspALMOND EXTRACT
2 1/2 cupFLOUR
Procedures:
1Heat oven to 4000°F.
2Cream crisco, and sugar in a large bowl.
3Beat in egg.
4Add salt, vanilla and almond extract.
5Place dough into cookie press.
6Press into desired shapes on ungreased cookie sheets, 2" apart.
7Note: cool on baking sheet for 1 minute and then remove to cooling rack
