Extra gooey chocolate chip cookies

Ingredients:
2 1/4 cupAll-purpose flour
1 tspBaking soda
1 tspSalt
1 cupButter -- softened
3/4 cupGranulated sugar
3/4 canBrown sugar, packed
2 tspVanilla
2 Extra large eggs
24 ozChocolate chips -- (2
Packages)
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 375°F.
2Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl, set aside.
3Cream together butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla.
4Do not over beat mixture.
5Add eggs one at a time, combining well after each addition.
6Gradually stir in flour mixture.
7Stir in chocolate chips, in 2 or 3 additions, mixing well.
8Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheets.
9Bake for approximately 10 minutes, until lightly browned and centers have just set - they should look almost a bit underdone.
10Let stand for 10 to 15 minutes to cool before moving to wire racks to finish cooling.
11cookies will be more moist than from standard recipes, and will pull apart easily when very warm.
