Ingredients:
4 lbsShort Ribs *
3/4 cupLemon Juice
1 Large Onion, Sliced
1/2 cupSteak Sauce
1 Clove Garlic, Finely Chopped
2 tspSalt
2 tspChil Powder
1 1/2 tspGround Cumin
1/2 tspPepper
Procedures:
1Servings: 5 * short ribs should be cut into 2-inch pieces.
2Place beef ribs in 4-qt casserole or bowl.
3Mix remaining ingredients; pour over ribs.
4Frfrigerate about 1 hour, turning occasionally.
5Cover tightly and microwave on medium (50%) until ribs are tender, 1 ?to 1 ?hours, rearranging ribs every 30 minutes
