Ingredients:
Pastry:
1 packCream cheese
1/4 lbsMargarine
1 cupFlour -- sifted
Filling:
1/2 cupSweet potatoes, cooked --
Mashed
1/4 cupCrushed pineapple --
Drained
1/4 cupSugar
1/4 tspSalt
1/4 cupCoconut flakes
Procedures:
1Mix pastry ingredients until mixture holds together, chill.
2Cut into 3" circles.
3Mix filling together.
4Place heaping teaspoonfuls on each pastry circle; fold over and press edges together.
5Bake at 375f until golden brown.
