Ingredients:
2 tbspCornstarch
2 cupCooked Rice
1 quartEggnog
1 dashNutmeg
Procedures:
1In a medium saucepan, stir together corn starch and ?cup of eggnog.
2Stir until smooth.
3Add remaining eggnog and rice.
4Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and beginning to boil over, (about 10 minutes).
5Pour into serving dishes.
6Garnish with nutmeg
