Ingredients:
3 cupCubed peeled mango, (3

1 cupSugar
2 tbspTequila
1 Low-fat sour cream

Procedures:
1Place mango in a food processor, and process until smooth.
2combine mango puree and remaining ingredients in an 11 x 7-inch baking dish; stir well.
3cover and freeze at least 4 hours.
4Let soften slightly at room temperature before serving.
5Yield: 5 cups (serving size: ?cup).
