Sweet potato casserole (microwave)

Ingredients:
2 16 oz cans sweet potatoes
14 ozCan pineapple tidbits in
Unsweetened juice, undrained 1 ?c Miniature marshmallows
4 tbspButter or margarine
4 tbspDark brown sugar
-firmly packed
Butter or margarine
Procedures:
1Drain potatoes and discard liquid.
2Drain pineapple and set pineapple and juice aside.
3In a small, heat-resistant, non-metallic bowl, melt butter in microwave oven 30 seconds.
4Place potatoes in medium-sized bowl and mash with a potato masher or fork.
5Add melted butter and brown sugar.
6Stir until well combined.
7Stir in pineapple juice until desired consistency is reached.
8Fold in pineapple tidbits and marshmallows.
9Butter a shallow, 1 ?quart, heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole and spoon potato mixture into casserole.
10Heat, uncovered, in microwave oven 5 to 6 minutes or until potato mixture is heated through and marshmallows begin to melt
