Ingredients:

| quart | Freshly popped popcorn | | 1
| cup | Karo light corn syrup | | 1
| cup | Sugar | | 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | 1
| tsp | Vanilla |

Procedures:
| 1 | Spray large roasting pan with cooking spray. | | 2 | Add popped corn; keep warm in 250 °F. | | 3 | Oven. | | 4 | In heavy 2-quart saucepan, combine corn syrup, sugar and salt. | | 5 | Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil. | | 6 | Cook without stirring 10 minutes or until temperature reaches 290 °F. | | 7 | On candy thermometer. | | 8 | Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. | | 9 | Slowly pour over popcorn, stirring to coat evenly. | | 10 | cool popcorn, stirring, just until mixture can be handled. | | 11 | Immediately spray hands with cooking spray. | | 12 | Quickly shape popcorn into 3-inch balls. |
