Easy freezer strawberry sorbet

Ingredients:
2 packUnflavored gelatin
1 cupSugar
3 cupWater
1 quartPureed strawberries
-about 3 pints fresh
1 cupCranberry juice cocktail
1/4 cupFresh squeezed lemon juice
Procedures:
1Combine gelatin and sugar in a medium saucepan; stir in water.
2Let stand 2 minutes.
3Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until gelatin dissolves.
4Remove from heat; cool.
5Stir in strawberry puree and remaining ingredients.
6Pour into a 13x9 pan.
7Cover and freeze 8 hours or overnight.
8Spoon about ?of frozen mixture into the container of a blender or food processor.
9Top with lid and process until smooth.
10Return to pan.
11Repeat until all the mixture has been processed.
12Return pan to freezer and freeze for 4 hours or until firm.
13Let stand at room temperature 15-20 minutes before serving.
14If you have an ice cream freezer, at * pour into container and follow manufacturer"s instructions.
