Ingredients:
| 2
| pack | Unflavored gelatin | | 1
| cup | Sugar | | 3
| cup | Water | | 1
| quart | Pureed strawberries | | | -about 3 pints fresh | | 1
| cup | Cranberry juice cocktail | | 1/4
| cup | Fresh squeezed lemon juice |

Procedures:
| 1 | Combine gelatin and sugar in a medium saucepan; stir in water. | | 2 | Let stand 2 minutes. | | 3 | Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until gelatin dissolves. | | 4 | Remove from heat; cool. | | 5 | Stir in strawberry puree and remaining ingredients. | | 6 | Pour into a 13x9 pan. | | 7 | Cover and freeze 8 hours or overnight. | | 8 | Spoon about ?of frozen mixture into the container of a blender or food processor. | | 9 | Top with lid and process until smooth. | | 10 | Return to pan. | | 11 | Repeat until all the mixture has been processed. | | 12 | Return pan to freezer and freeze for 4 hours or until firm. | | 13 | Let stand at room temperature 15-20 minutes before serving. | | 14 | If you have an ice cream freezer, at * pour into container and follow manufacturer"s instructions. |
