Easy foolproof fudge

Ingredients:
4 cupSugar
1 can(14-?ozs) evaporated milk
1 cupButter
1 Jar (7 ozs) marshmallow crem
1 pack(12 ozs) semisweet chocolate
2 cupCoarsely broken walnuts
2 tspVanilla
Procedures:
1In a 3-quart saucepan, combine sugar, milk, and butter and boil until mixture reaches 236 °F on a candy thermometer (soft ball stage).
2Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients.
3Stir until chocolate is melted and mixture is well blended.
4Spread evenly into a buttered 9-inch square pan and cool until firm.
5Cut candy into pieces of desired sizes.
6Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
