Ingredients:

| cup | Sugar | | 1/2
| cup | Baking cocoa | | 1/4
| cup | Flour | | 2
| cup | -water | | 3/4
| cup | Evaporated milk | | 1
| tbsp | Vanilla | | 1
| pinch | Salt |

Procedures:
| 1 | In saucepan combine sugar, cocoa and flour. | | 2 | Add water and milk and stir untilsmooth. | | 3 | Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil. | | 4 | Cook thick about 1 min. remove from heat and stir in vanilla. | | 5 | Cool to room temp before serving. | | 6 | May be chilled too. | | 7 | Serves 4 to My kids love this. | | 8 | It is the next step down from chocolate mousse. | | 9 | Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream. | | 10 | :) joan |
