Ingredients:

| lbs | Coarse ground chuck | | 1 1/3
| cup | Chopped onion | | 1
| tbsp | Salt | | 1/2
| tbsp | Pepper | | 4
| cup | Chopped celery, precooked a | | 22
| oz | Tomatoes, chopped | | 22
| oz | Kidney beans | | 8
| oz | Tomato soup | | 2
| tbsp | Brown sugar | | 2 1/2
| tbsp | Chili powder |

Procedures:
| 1 | Brown ground chuck and onions in a large pot. | | 2 | Add all other ingredients. | | 3 | Cover and simmer for about 1 hour. | | 4 | Makes 1 gallon. | | 5 | note: i suggest you cut down on the sugar and celery. |
