Double fudge saucepan brownies

Ingredients:
2/3 cupAll-purpose flour
1/4 tspBaking soda
1/4 tspSalt
1/2 cupSugar
2 tbspButter or margarine
2 tbspWater
12 ozHERSHEY'S Chocolate Chips
- (Semi-Sweet), divided
Procedures:
12 eggs, slightly beaten 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ?cup chopped nuts (optional) heat oven to 325°F.
2Grease 9-inch square baking pan.
3In bowl, stir together flour, baking soda and salt.
4In medium saucepan, combine sugar, butter and water.
5Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to boil.
6Remove from heat; immediately add 1 cup chocolate chips, stirring until melted.
7Stir in eggs and vanilla until blended.
8Gradually add flour mixture, blending well.
9Stir in remaining 1 cup chips and nuts, if desired.
10Pour batter into prepared pan.
11Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan.
12Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
13Cut into squares.
14About 1-?dozen brownies.
