Ingredients:
1/3 cupSugar
2 tbspCornstarch
2 tbspUnsweetened cocoa
1 tspInstant espresso granules
1/8 tspSalt
1 3/4 cup2% low-fat milk
1 Square semisweet chocolate
-(1-ounce) chopped
1 tspVanilla extract
Procedures:
1Combine first 5 ingredients in a saucepan; stir well.
2Gradually add milk, stirring with a whisk.
3Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
4Add chocolate; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
5Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.
6Pour into a bowl; cover and chill 2 hours.
