Double chocolate chip cookies

Ingredients:
2/3 cupButter
1 cupSugar
1 Egg
1 tspVanilla
1/2 cupUnsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cupButtermilk, --or -- water
1 3/4 cupAll-purpose flour
1/2 tspBaking soda
1/2 tspSalt
1 cupSemisweet chocolate chips
Procedures:
1Cream butter, sugar, egg and vanilla until well blended.
2Combine cocoa and buttermilk (or water) in a separate bowl until smooth.
3Add to creamed mixture.
4Add flour, baking soda and salt, beating just until blended.
5Stir in chocolate chips.
6Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
7Bake at 350°F for 8-10 minutes or until centers are almost set.
8Remove from cookie sheet while hot.
9Makes 48 cookies.
