Double cheese cheesecake with graham cracker crust

Ingredients:
GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST
1 1/4 cupGraham cracker crumbs
3 tbspSugar
6 tbspButter or margarine, melted
FILLING
1 packLemon gelatin (3 oz)
1 1/4 cupBoiling water
1/2 cupEvaporated milk, chilled
1 1/2 cupWhipping cream
16 ozCream cheese, softened
1/2 cupCottage cheese
1/2 cupLemon juice
1/4 tspVanilla
1/4 tspSalt
1/2 cupSugar
Procedures:
1Using fingers, work crumbs and 3 tablespoons sugar into melted butter.
2Divide mixture, using 2/3 to cover bottom and sides of 9-inch springform pan and reserving 1/3 as topping to sprinkle over filling.
3Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
4Set aside until syrupy.
5Combine milk and cream and beat until mixture is quite thick.
6Mix cheeses, lemon juice, vanilla, salt and ?cup sugar in separate bowl.
7Add cheese mixture to cream mixture.
8Blend in partially set gelatin.
9Pour into crust and chill 4 hours.
