Ingredients:
| | GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST | | 1 1/4
| cup | Graham cracker crumbs | | 3
| tbsp | Sugar | | 6
| tbsp | Butter or margarine, melted | | | FILLING | | 1
| pack | Lemon gelatin (3 oz) | | 1 1/4
| cup | Boiling water | | 1/2
| cup | Evaporated milk, chilled | | 1 1/2
| cup | Whipping cream | | 16
| oz | Cream cheese, softened | | 1/2
| cup | Cottage cheese | | 1/2
| cup | Lemon juice | | 1/4
| tsp | Vanilla | | 1/4
| tsp | Salt | | 1/2
| cup | Sugar |

Procedures:
| 1 | Using fingers, work crumbs and 3 tablespoons sugar into melted butter. | | 2 | Divide mixture, using 2/3 to cover bottom and sides of 9-inch springform pan and reserving 1/3 as topping to sprinkle over filling. | | 3 | Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. | | 4 | Set aside until syrupy. | | 5 | Combine milk and cream and beat until mixture is quite thick. | | 6 | Mix cheeses, lemon juice, vanilla, salt and ?cup sugar in separate bowl. | | 7 | Add cheese mixture to cream mixture. | | 8 | Blend in partially set gelatin. | | 9 | Pour into crust and chill 4 hours. |
