Ingredients:
1 lbsShelled pecan halves
3 tbspButter
2 tspSalt
1/2 tspSoy sauce
1 tbspHoney
Procedures:
1Heat butter in a large cast iron skillet.
2Saute the pecans until they are toasted and butter covered.
3Remove form heat and cool.
4Dump pecans, honey, soy sauce, and salt into your nut mill and proceed as the directions indicate.
5Makes approx. 1 ?pint of delicious pecan butter.
