Ingredients:

| tbsp | Chili powder | | 1/2
| tsp | Ground allspice | | 1/2
| tsp | Ground cinnamon | | 1/2
| tsp | Curry powder | | 1/2
| tsp | Garlic powder | | 1/2
| tsp | Coriander seed, ground | | 1/2
| tsp | Cumin seed, ground | | 1/2
| tsp | Ground ginger | | 1/2
| tsp | Marjoram leaves, crushed | | 1/2
| tsp | Oregano leaves, crushed | | 1/2
| tsp | Paprika | | 1/2
| tsp | Thyme leaves, crushed | | 1/2

| oz | Can whole green chiles | | | Drained, seeded, & chopped | | 4
| oz | Bar milk chocolate, broken |

Procedures:
| 1 | Heat 2 t oil in a large saucepan until hot. | | 2 | Add 1 lb beef and brown on all sides. | | 3 | Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside. | | 4 | Repeat until all beef is browned. | | 5 | Use additional oil as needed. | | 6 | Return all beef to saucepan. | | 7 | Add 4 cups of water, tomato paste, onions, celery salt, spices, herbs and green chiles; mix well. | | 8 | Boil, then reduce heat to simmer, covered, for 90 minutes, stirring occasionally. | | 9 | Add remaining water. | | 10 | Mix in chocolate; simmer, covered for 30 minutes, stirring often. |
