Ingredients:
1 cupBrown sugar
1/2 cupButter, softened
1 tspVanilla
2 oz(2 squares) unsweetened
-chocolate
Melted and cooled
1 Egg
2 cupFlour
1/2 tspBaking soda
1/2 tspSalt
3/4 cupSour cream
1/2 cupChopped walnuts
MOCHA FROSTING:
1 1/2 cupPowdered sugar
2 tbspUnsweetened cocoa
1/4 cupButter, softened
1 To 2 tsp. instant coffee
-granules
1 1/2 tspVanilla
2 To 3 Tbsp. milk
Procedures:

3heat oven to 350 degrees.
4Grease cookie sheets.
5In large bowl, beat brown sugar and ?cup butter until light and fluffy.
6Add 1 tsp. vanilla, chocolate and egg; blend well.
7Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.
8In small bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt.
9Add dry ingredients and sour cream to chocolate mixture; mix well.
10Stir in walnuts.
11Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls 2" apart on greased cookie sheets.
12Bake at 350°F for 10 to 14 minutes or until set.
13Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets.
14Cool completely.
15frosting:
16in a small bowl, combine all frosting ingredients, adding enough milk for desired spreading consistency; blend until smooth.
17Spread on cooled cookies.
18Allow frosting to set before storing.
