Ingredients:
-Susan Aaronson
2 Eggs
1/3 cupMilk
1/3 cupWater
3 tbspGrand Marnier
-(or any other liqueur
-of your choice)
3/4 cupFlour
1 tbspMelted butter
2 tbspSugar
Procedures:
1Put eggs, milk and water into a bowl and whisk until combined.
2Gradually add the flour, whisking constantly until the mixure is smooth.
3Add the liqueur and the butter and whisk atain.
4Put a strainer over a bowl and pour the batter into the strainer, insuring a smooth batter.
