Ingredients:
8 Slices egg bread
(cubed or cut in ?s)
2 cupCream
Or half and half
4 Eggs
1/2 cupSugar
1/4 cupGrand marnier
Or a good whiskey
Procedures:
1Butter the bread and arrange, buttered side down, in a 10" baking dish.
2Combine all the other ingredients, and whisk together until well blended.
3Pour the mixture over the bread in the baking dish.
4Bake at 325 until set, about 45 minutes.
5For a very moist finished product, use a water bath.
