Ingredients:

| | Slices egg bread | | | (cubed or cut in ?s) | | 2
| cup | Cream | | | Or half and half | | 4
| | Eggs | | 1/2
| cup | Sugar | | 1/4
| cup | Grand marnier | | | Or a good whiskey |

Procedures:
| 1 | Butter the bread and arrange, buttered side down, in a 10" baking dish. | | 2 | Combine all the other ingredients, and whisk together until well blended. | | 3 | Pour the mixture over the bread in the baking dish. | | 4 | Bake at 325 until set, about 45 minutes. | | 5 | For a very moist finished product, use a water bath. | | 6 | Debbie puente |
