Ingredients:
18 ozFlour
3 tbspSugar
Salt
1 packYeast
2 cupMilk
1 Egg
2 tbspOil
2 tbspButter
2 tbspSugar
2 tbspPoppy Seeds
Dried, seedles prunes
Procedures:
11.make a yeastdough out of flour, 1 sugar, salt, yeast, milk, egg and oil.
2Let rise and then roll out, 2-3 cm thick and cut with a round cutter into 5 cm diameter circles, let rise again.
3Fill ech circle with one prune ,pinch good on edges.
4Heat butter and sugar in a skillet and add 1 cup of water; add the dumplings and cover and simmer 5-8 min on medium.
5Put the dumplings on platter and melt butter and mix with sugar and poppy seeds and pour over dumplings.
6Serve warm
