Ingredients:
3 Eggs, separated
1/4 cupChristian brothers
1/4 tspSalt
1 pinchCayenne
3/4 cupButter
Procedures:
1Uterne place egg yolks, wine and seasonings in blender.
2Heat butter to foaming hot.
3Blend egg yolk mixture at high speed for 2 seconds; uncover and pour butter into mixture while still blending at high speed.
4Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites and serve immediately or keep warm by placing container in warm water.
5Serve over cooked asparagus, broccoli or with eggs benedict.
6Approximately 1 ?cups.
