Baking soda
Few grains salt
Procedures:

Heat honey to boiling.

Add baking soda, butter, lemon juice, and salt.

Boil to hard ball stage (265 - 270°F).

Pour into well-buttered pan.

Cool.

Pull until white and porous.

Cut in 1 inch pieces.
