Ingredients:
1/2 cupGranulated sugar
2 tbspChopped toasted hazelnuts
Procedures:
1In small saucepan heat sugar over med heat without stirring but shaking pan occas for 3 mins oruntil sugar has melted and is golden.
2Sprinkle nuts onto buttered plate andpour syrup over.
3Let cool until hardened; break into pces.
4Process in food processor until finely ground or place in heavy plastic bag and crush with rolling pin.
5Take note here i even put a capital on the t in tbsp didn"t know the correct procedure before it was mentioned.
