| 1 | Combine filling ingredients in the food processor. |
| 2 | Store in airtight container. |
| 3 | Melt chocolate coating in top of double boiler over hot water. |
| 4 | When melted, spoon into small candy mold or paper cup. |
| 5 | While chocolate is still soft, place a small spoonful of filling mixture into center of cup. |
| 6 | Push one roasted hazelnut into top of filling, allowing chocolate to fill in around sides of paper cup. |
| 7 | Refrigerate in tightly covered container. |
