| tbsp | Light corn syrup | | 1
| tbsp | Butter, softened | | 1
| tsp | Vanilla | | 1/4
| tsp | Salt | | 1/4
| tsp | Almond extract | | 1
| pinch | Cream of tartar | | 1 1/3
| cup | Flaked coconut | | | CHOCOLATE COATING | | 8
| | Squares semi-sweet chocolate |

Procedures:
| 1 | Combine sugar, water, corn syrup, butter and vanilla. | | 2 | Add the salt, almond extract and cream of tartar. | | 3 | This mixture will be crumbly. | | 4 | Add the coconut. | | 5 | Shape into eggs (whatever size you want). | | 6 | Melt the chocolate in a double boiler over low heat. | | 7 | Cool alittle and then frost the eggs. |
