Ingredients:
1 lbsConfectioners sugar
2 tbspWater
1 tbspLight corn syrup
1 tbspButter, softened
1 tspVanilla
1/4 tspSalt
1/4 tspAlmond extract
1 pinchCream of tartar
1 1/3 cupFlaked coconut
CHOCOLATE COATING
8 Squares semi-sweet chocolate
Procedures:
1Combine sugar, water, corn syrup, butter and vanilla.
2Add the salt, almond extract and cream of tartar.
3This mixture will be crumbly.
4Add the coconut.
5Shape into eggs (whatever size you want).
6Melt the chocolate in a double boiler over low heat.
7Cool alittle and then frost the eggs.
