2 lbsRound steak, cut ?inch
-thick
1 Egg, well beaten
Flour
Poultry stuffing
Salt and pepper
Small strips pork
1/2 cupWater
Procedures:
1Pound steak.
2Spread with poultry stuffing to which the egg has been added.
3Roll.
4Skewer.
5Place in baking pan.
6Dredge with flour, pepper, and salt.
7Add strips of pork and the water.
8Cover.
9Bake in moderate oven (375°F) until meat is tender.
10Baste frequently.
