Ingredients:
1 1/2 cupSkim or 1% milk
1 eachBanana, frozen, sliced
1/2 tbspVanilla (optional)
1/4 tbspAlmond extract (optional)
Cinnamon for garnish
Procedures:
1In a blender container, combine all ingredients, except for cinnamon, until smooth, about 20 secs.
